Great price and my roof looks great! Jessica coordinated the job well. The materials were delivered and placed on the roof by crane. The crane pulled out and 5 minutes later the dumpster arrived. Within 30 minutes of the dumpster being delivered the crew arrived and started right away. We had a couple of minor glitches due to the wind blowing the old roof debris off the roof and into the yard, but everything was cleaned up before they left including the nails. I will recommend them to my neighbors, friends and family.

The results from the ground looking toward the roof look wonderful. Photos of the work in some of the areas were supplied via email for the asphalt shingle center and the tiles to replace broken tiles in some areas. However, no pictures of those areas with broken tiles were shown. I would really like it if I could see those areas from above as well as the areas that were to be cleaned of debris where the roof lines meet such as the drone pictures that were taken when the Source 1 representative came to look at the work to be done in order to give an estimate. I plan to hire the company to do a roof maintenance including keeping the roof clear of debris, possibly next year. Perhaps the drone could be used either before or after a cleaning.

They did such a great job on my roof! Completed in 2 days when I was told by others it could take up to 2 weeks! They picked up all the debris, even put a tarp over my koi pond to keep things from falling in the water, that was incredible! They were fast, friendly, and very efficient. Would recommend to anyone!
