They came out in good time after the rain when we discovered we had a leaking roof. After a big rain it’s so difficult to get companies to respond or come out in a reasonable time period. The owner, Jessica, got someone to come out and give us an estimate which was very reasonable compared to our previous estimates. We will know more about the actual repair when the next rain comes and hope to report good things! We received pictures of before and after so hopefully it all went well.

Jessica told me what day they would be here what time and they weren’t here that time but they were here that day and finished the job so kudos to source One roofing.

I really like working with this company and would HIGHLY recommend them! I called them to repair missing shingles that had been ripped from our roof during a wind storm a month ago. First thing I really liked about them was the fact they are totally automated. I received texts and or email through the entire process, from scheduling to when they were in route. I pride myself in being a “techie“ so I really enjoy when companies are up on their game like this one! Communicating with the office was easy and staff were very accommodating. The second reason I really liked them were the work staff…Billie was the main person I worked with and he was such a sweetheart! Both technicians worked very hard in getting our roof done and it only took them 30 minutes! (before & after photos attached) They were so good, we had them to check our flashing between the carport and the house to make sure it was secure. They found a repair was needed, so we scheduled it too and that was all done just as efficiently and effectively as the roof (flashing not photo’d). I am really pleased with the work they did and how well they communicated in allowing us to know exactly what was happening from scheduling through payment. The third reason I like them is, I truly believe we could not have gotten all this for the great price we did…it did not break the bank! I would highly recommend them and definitely would use them again!
